S196 Generate Debtor Info Sheets
Purposes:
This screen allows MIMS users to produce a report
showing Debtor Information.
Prerequisites:
1.
MIMS
user must have applicable security authorization to view files.
The
following groups have access to this screen:
· Collection Support Agents (all except for CRB, CPIC, JOIN, COMIS)
· Special Investigations Agents (only CRB, CPIC, JOIN, COMIS)
· System Administrators
Navigation:
Worklist
è Search/Filter è Tasks è Assign è Generate Report
Procedure:
1.
Access
is through S101/S102 Worklist screen.
2.
Debtor
Info Sheet screen will be displayed filled in with information related to the
Task. This will vary depending on the
type of task selected.
3.
To
print report click the Printer Icon on the Web toolbar.

enforceable arrears that the Debtor has not paid to the Creditor. |

Displays
payments as set out in the current Court Order. |

Last
Known Address |
Displays
the last known address of the Debtor. |

A.H.C. |
Displays
the Alberta Health Care Number of the Debtor. |

M.V.D.
Operator Number |
Displays
the Motor Vehicle Operator Number of the Debtor. |

Date
of FLD Warning |
Displays
the date of Federal License Denial Warning. |

of Enforcing Order |
Displays
the date of the Court Order. |

number |
Displays
the Court of Queen’s Bench location number. |

Judicial
District |
Displays
the Judicial District the order was issued in. |

Gender |
Displays the gender of the debtor as M = Male
and F = Female. |

Registration Number |
Displays the Personal Property Registration
Number if applicable to this Debtor. |
